DepEd Order No. 49 Series 22 "Avoid relationship, and interaction between teachers and students"

     Vice President and Education Secretary Sara Duterte issued DepEd executive Order No.49, Series of 2022 on November 2 to urge staff to address issues and concerns with basic education through proper and appropriate channels "without resorting to any political or third-party involvement or accommodation."      The department did not provide information on how the policy will be applied, including consequences of violators.
